I live in Novato, California, with my wife Inga, and our feline overlord, Yoda. (Yes, he is named after that Yoda, and yes, he runs the house.) also adult children, daughter Alexandra Webb, and grandson Calvin. Son Nick Watson and Granddaughter Bianca. 

 

 

My journey to becoming a wellness blogger has been anything but ordinary. It has been shaped by a deep love for life, a yearning for peace and connection, and sometimes humbling life and growth experiences along the way. Oh, and did I mention my slightly unconventional academic background? I hold master's degrees in marine biology, environmental biology, and music production! 

 

 

I know I know... it might seem like an odd combination. But for me, it all connects. Music taught me the power of deep inner melodies and joyful primal rhythms. Marine biology immersed me in the wonders of the ocean and the interconnectedness of life. And environmental biology illuminated the delicate balance of our planet and the importance of living in harmony with nature.
