  1. Yoga: Improve flexibility, balance, and strength.
  2. Stretching: Hold each stretch for 30 seconds to increase flexibility.
  3. Hamstring Stretch: Lie on your back and reach for your toes.
  4. Quadriceps Stretch: Stand tall and reach back to grab your ankle.
  5. Calf Stretch: Lean against a wall and extend your leg behind you.
